Shipping Policy

At Orchid Natures, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the time of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require slightly longer processing time.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email, so you can easily track your delivery.

Shipping Within India

We offer two convenient payment options at checkout:

Prepaid Orders (Pay Online)
Flat shipping charge of ₹47 on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Flat shipping charge of ₹99. The amount will be paid at the time of delivery.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Return & Replacement Policy

All Orchid Natures products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and safety.

We take full responsibility in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong product
  • Your order arrived incomplete
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (such as leakage, damaged packaging, or a compromised seal)

In such cases, the correct product will be replaced at no additional cost.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the package condition and label
  • Capture the full unboxing without cuts

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a request, please email us at vinisiva1997@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)

Our team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • You do not like the fragrance, texture, or personal preference of the product
  • The product has been opened or used
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
